The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms on level 1 are spacious and well-equipped with a dedicated bathroom and a great wifi connection. The breakfast served on the terrace was a delightful way to start the day, offering a taste of the local cultural experience.

The shuttle service we had booked was a disaster. The driver was late and unapologetic, and the staff seemed to joke about the situation rather than taking it seriously.

We had a fantastic friendly welcome at Riad Atlas IV And Spa. The staff greeted us with tea and gave us a map with recommendations on where to go in Marrakesh. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to have breakfast early on two occasions. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, just 10 minutes away from the main square, providing a quiet atmosphere while still being close to local shops and cafes. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
